License

EFP Publishing LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use EP Finance for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and any terms imposed by the App Store.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use EP Finance. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and data.
• You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app except where permitted by law.
• You will use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Financial Disclaimer

EP Finance is a personal finance tool for tracking and budgeting. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for financial decisions you make using information from the app.

Privacy

EP Finance stores your data locally on your device and, if enabled, securely in iCloud using Apple’s infrastructure. No personal data is collected or transmitted to EFP Publishing LLC. Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions & Purchases

If EP Finance offers paid features or subscriptions in the future, all purchases are processed by Apple’s App Store. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed according to Apple’s policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

EP Finance is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. While we aim for reliability and accuracy, you use the app at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EFP Publishing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of the app.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
