Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using EP Finance (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

License

EFP Publishing LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use EP Finance for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use EP Finance. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your device and the data stored within the App.
• You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except where permitted by applicable law.
• You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms.
• You will use the App in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

Data and Backups

You are solely responsible for backing up your financial data using the App's backup feature. While we strive for reliability, EFP Publishing LLC is not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or deletion that may occur.

Financial Disclaimer

EP Finance is a personal finance tool for tracking expenses and budgeting purposes only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. The App should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional financial advice. You are solely responsible for all financial decisions you make using information from the App.

EP Finance does not verify the accuracy of data you enter. All calculations and reports are based on the information you provide.

Privacy

EP Finance stores your data locally on your Android device. No personal or financial data is collected, transmitted, or stored by EFP Publishing LLC. Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Purchases and Payments

If EP Finance offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, all transactions are processed by Google Play. Billing, payment processing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed according to Google Play's policies. We do not have access to your payment information.

All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policy.

Intellectual Property

EP Finance and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by EFP Publishing LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

EP FINANCE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR TITLE.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure;
• The App will meet your specific requirements;
• Any data stored will be accurate, reliable, or preserved without loss;
• Defects will be corrected.

You use the App at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EFP PUBLISHING LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EFP Publishing LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.

You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App from your device.

Updates and Modifications

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or any features at any time without notice. We are not obligated to provide updates or support.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the App shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EFP Publishing LLC regarding the use of EP Finance.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
