FAQ
Where is my data stored?
Locally on your device and, if enabled, in your personal iCloud account using Apple CloudKit. We do not run servers that store your information.
Do you have access to my iCloud data?
No. Only you and Apple’s iCloud service manage that data.
How do I move my data to a new device?
Enable iCloud or use Apple’s device-to-device transfer or iCloud backup/restore. You can also use the in-app backup/export feature if available.
Troubleshooting
If something isn’t working as expected:
- Ensure your device is running the latest version of iOS/iPadOS/macOS.
- Check that iCloud is signed in and enabled for EP Finance.
- Force-quit and reopen the app to refresh views.
- Restart your device if issues persist.
