EP Finance is developed and published by EFP Publishing LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data.

Summary

• No accounts — Use the app immediately, no sign-in required.
• No ads or tracking — We do not include advertising or third-party analytics.
• On-device & iCloud storage — Data stays on your device or your own iCloud account.

Data We Store

EP Finance stores the transactions, categories, budgets, and preferences you enter. This data is saved locally on your device. If you enable iCloud, your data syncs securely via Apple’s CloudKit, tied to your Apple ID.

How We Use Information

We use your information solely to provide core app functionality—displaying, budgeting, and syncing your own data. We do not analyze or share your information with third parties.

iCloud / CloudKit

Apple’s iCloud and CloudKit services manage transmission and storage when iCloud is enabled. We cannot access your iCloud content. Apple’s handling of that data is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.

Crash Reporting

If you opt in through iOS system settings, anonymized crash reports may be shared with us via Apple’s developer tools. These logs contain no financial details or personally identifying information.

Data Retention

We do not store any copies of your data. All information resides on your devices or within your iCloud account until you delete it.

Children’s Privacy

EP Finance is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has shared data with us, contact us for assistance removing it.

Your Choices

• Enable/disable iCloud anytime in your iOS Settings.
• Back up/export data using Apple device backups or in-app tools.
• Delete by uninstalling the app and clearing iCloud storage in Settings.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Updates will appear on this page with a revised effective date.
