Kat Bash is developed and published by EFP Publishing LLC (DBA EFP Mobile Apps) (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data.

Kat Bash stores the following information locally on your device only:

• High scores and game progress
• Unlocked achievements
• Game settings and preferences

We do not collect, transmit, or have access to any of this information. It never leaves your device.

How We Use Information

Your gameplay data is used solely to provide app functionality—tracking scores, unlocking achievements, and remembering your preferred settings. All processing happens locally on your device.

Data Storage and Security

• Local Storage: All data is stored in the app's private storage on your Android device.
• Android Security: Your data is protected by Android's app sandboxing and your device's security features (lock screen, encryption).
• No Cloud Sync: The app does not automatically sync or upload your data to any cloud service.

Advertising

Kat Bash displays in-app advertisements served through a third-party advertising network. To show ads, the ad network may collect certain technical information from your device, such as your advertising ID, general device information, and approximate location, in order to serve and measure ads. This is handled directly by the ad network under its own privacy policy, not by EFP Publishing LLC.

If you would prefer not to see ads, Kat Bash offers an optional one-time "Remove Ads" in-app purchase. Once purchased, ads are disabled and the ad network is no longer loaded within the app.

Third-Party Services

Kat Bash does not use:

• Analytics services (no Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, etc.)
• Crash reporting services
• Social media integrations
• Any other third-party tracking or data collection tools beyond the advertising network described above

Permissions

Kat Bash may request minimal Android permissions required for basic app functionality (such as vibration, sound feedback, or network access to display ads). All permissions are used solely for their stated purpose. You can manage these permissions in your device settings at any time.

Google Play Services

When you download Kat Bash from the Google Play Store, Google collects certain information as described in the Google Privacy Policy. We do not receive any personally identifiable information from Google Play.

Data Retention and Deletion

We do not store any copies of your data—all information resides only on your Android device. To delete your data:

• Use the in-app reset or clear data functions, or
• Uninstall the app from your device (Settings > Apps > Kat Bash > Uninstall), or
• Clear app data (Settings > Apps > Kat Bash > Storage > Clear Data)

Children's Privacy

Kat Bash is rated for ages 6 and up and may be used by children. We do not require accounts or collect personal information from any user, including children. All gameplay data (scores, achievements, and settings) is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to us.

Because the App may be used by children, the advertising shown within Kat Bash is configured to be treated as child-directed where required by applicable law (such as COPPA in the United States), which limits the use of personalized/behavioral advertising to younger audiences. Players who prefer not to see any ads can use the one-time "Remove Ads" purchase described above.

International Users

Kat Bash is available worldwide. All data storage and processing occurs locally on your device, regardless of your location. No data is transferred internationally because no data leaves your device.

Your Rights

Because all your data is stored locally on your device:

• You have complete control over your data at all times
• You can delete your data at any time
• You do not need to contact us for data access, correction, or deletion

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
