Use of the App

EP Sudoku is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • You agree not to:
    • Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code
    • Use the app for any unlawful purpose
    • Distribute or resell the app or its content without permission

App Functionality

  • EP Sudoku is an offline puzzle game that provides prebuilt Sudoku puzzles for entertainment purposes.
  • Puzzle content is included within the app
  • Gameplay data (such as statistics and achievements) is stored locally and may sync via iCloud
  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure the app functions correctly, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Intellectual Property

All content within the app, including but not limited to:

  • Puzzle data
  • Design
  • Graphics
  • Branding

is the property of EFP Publishing LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

iCloud Data

  • If iCloud sync is enabled, your gameplay data may be stored using CloudKit.
  • This data is associated with your personal iCloud account
  • We do not access or control your iCloud data

Limitation of Liability

  • EP Sudoku is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, EFP Publishing LLC is not liable for:
    • Any loss of data
    • Interruptions in service
    • Any damages arising from use of the app

Changes to the App

We may update or modify the app at any time, including adding or removing features, without prior notice.

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the app if these terms are violated.
